Default Ryanair....Bad Stories Wanted

I am looking for people that have had bad experiences with RYANAIR to send
me them to be put up on a web site highlighting the way that Ryanair badly
treat people. The site will be going live in the next 2 weeks.

Whilst I am no fan of MOL it doesn't really sound as if your proposed
website will be a model of objectivity!

So the good stories have no relevance then?

If you get no bad stories, will the site still go live?

I might be wrong, but usually this is a sign that you've personally had
one or two bad experiences with the said airline and treating this as a
one great big revenge attack. By all means share your experiences with
others in a forum like this, but going to the trouble of setting up a
"moan and groan" web site is a waste of time IMO.

If you don't like RyanAir, simple, don't fly with them. That's your
privilege which I respect. Personally I have nothing to complain about
them having used them at least 6 times to fly to Ireland and Italy in the
last year or so each time without a hic-up.

Here is mine. Flew from Biarritz to Stansted
last April.
The check-in person was very nice, spoke to us
in English, took less than three minutes to get
checked in. The plane took off on time,
we had very nice seats and it landed at Stansted
on time, the bags arrived on the carousel on time.
My bad experience- nothing to complain about.

My wife, littel girl and I flew from Stansted to that airport way
south of Stockholm last June. It wasn't the greatest flight I ever
had, what with landing an hours busride away form Stockholm and all,
and really chintzy drink service. but I knew what I was getting into,
so no real complaints.

They have cattle call seating, but if you have a small child you get
first choice, which was helpful.

Well every time I use Ryanair they get me where I want to go,when I want to
go,at a very modest price.Lots of people use them so they must be doing
something right.

It's not going very well is it Nick ?

I agree. I read www.untied.com with amusement. It doens't determine
whether I will fly UA or not.

Chintzy drinks service? I'm struggling to imagine a Ryanair plane all
decorated in chintz and Laura Ashley floral fabrics, and failing
miserably. Are you trying to tell us that Ryanair serves drinks on
particularly delicately embroidered lace doilies? Or what? :-)

I have flown with Ryanair 11 times and they were great every time. Superb value for money, less than half the next fare up I could find. We were never delayed more than 10 minutes and then it was because we had to go into a holding pattern over the airport so I don't think that was their fault. The planes were clean, the stewardesses very pleasant and friendly. I've racked my brains but I can't find anything wrong with their service at all except the absence of Champagne in the waiting area!

Keep up the good work Ryanair!

This couldn't be a double bluff by Ryanair to bring out all the good
stories - could it ?

I've told of my good service from Ryanair before - so I won't bore you all
again.

If pilots would also be considered to be people, you should get in
touch with the German pilot's association "Pilotenvereinigung Cockpit"
(http://www.vcockpit.de/). They are currently
complaining about the
employment contracts at Ryanair
(http://www.spiegel.de/sp-
iegel/0,1518,218106,00.html
, only in German,
sorry). I wonder why somebody is signing a contract that he is
planning to be unhappy with.

Jens
