Default Rome Airport and Trains

I am seeking a shuttle to the Rome Train Station, than Board a train
to Naples/Pomiglinao D arco, from Ciampino airport. How much would
this cost? The Italian Tourist Authrity doesn't seem to respond to my
snail mail.

Thanks

The is a train direct from the airport to Termini station in Rome, was about
11E from my weak memory and then you can get a train from the same station
to Naples. Maybe 27E 1st class.

All the info you want is at http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html
Looks like 33 euro 2nd class, you can go all the way by train from Ciampino.

There aren't any trains serving Ciampino airport directly. There is a
bus that will take you to the Ciampino station, and from there you can
catch a local train to Termini station, where you can catch a train to
Naples. However, this would be my least favorite way of making the
trip, because the local train runs rather irregularly. I would prefer
to take the same bus a bit further to the nearest metro station and
then take the metro to Termini station.

Here is the web page with all your transportation options:

Unfortunately it's in Italian only. I myself would take the
Terravision shuttle. It costs 8 euros one way, but various airlines
have deals with this shuttle so that you can get cheaper tickets. Here
is the web page of the shuttle service:

I think the hardest part is getting to Pomigliano by Train, I believe
I can make it there from Rome. But I may have to transfer from Naples.
I think the trains are more local than national.

Thnx

Pomigliano D'arco (you had it spelled wrong in the previous email) is
on the Circumvesuviana train line, which is a local line in Naples,
and not part of the national rail system. However, it's not hard at
all to transfer to this line. The Circumvesuviana station is
downstairs (or maybe upstairs, I forget) in the main Naples train
station.

So you would take a shuttle from Ciampino airport to Termini station.
Then you would get a train to Naples. In Naples, you would change to
the Circumvesuviana train line.
