Orange doesn't differentiate between them. It charges 20p a minute to
call Western Europe, regardless of mobile or landline.

As it happens, it was just temporary. I was able to ring it later.

Yes, I think they are- though skype only costs 12 euro cents including
VAT.

No- there is a premium- forget now, but maybe as much as 20 euro cents a
minute. Use the 'calculator' function on the website- select the country
you are in, and the foreign country _mobile_ you want to call.

Well, 59 euro cents from a mobile while roaming is still as cheap as
you'll get. The average price across the EU is around a Euro for such
calls.
