Default Recommendation for a Frankfurt airport hotel (10 hours)

Hi,
Next week I'm flying with a 12 hours (5 AM to 5 PM) stop over at Frankfurt
airport.
As I won't sleep the night before either, I'm looking for a place to take a
shower and short sleep for the day. Naturally, I won't have a car.

I'd appreciate recommendation for airport (or immediate vicinity) hotel or
zimmer solutions (if possible including time to airport and approx cost).

TIA

You could e.g. try this one:

http://www.airporthotel.steigenberge..._l2/index.html

It's very close to the airport and also provides a free shuttle service
to the airport AFAIK.

This one seems to be a bit cheaper:

Have a nice trip!

Martina (from Frankfurt)

Isn't there a hotel *at the airport,* with special day rates?

The Intercity hotel is *at* the airport:

    |The InterCityHotel Frankfurt Airport is located directly on the
    |premises of the Rhein-Main Airport, near Terminals 1 and 2. Situated at
    |the south side of the airport
(quote from the above mentioned website)

You can't be closer to the airport, can you? ;-)

Greetings,

Martina
