I am planning for a couple of month exploring trip in Europe. I want
to rent a very small furnished apt. with resonable monthly fee ( Less
than $1000 US) around Paris and London. What is my best resources

As that is around uk �500 a month for a short term let , your going
to have to look hard. Very much doubt you will find any apartment for
that money without going either outside london, or into undesirable
areas or property. Things likely way more expensive than that.
