Electrickery: The art of tricking gullible Dutch consumers into paying a premium

Or parts of the US and Canada. I have always had hospitable treatment in
my European visits, with the exception of one 40 something waiter, who I
guess never worked his way up from his entry level employment. I have
never been to the UK myself, but have heard a number of friends and
relatives complain about rudeness there. I was only in Netherlands once,
for three days, and I found the people to be extremely friendly.
