I have heard good news about Pension Novotny, which is in the hilly region
near the Prague Castle. Josef Novotny has 3 rooms and bath in the upper
floor of his house. In 2002 he was charging $20 U.S. per person per night.
A big breakfast is included. He will also pick up and deliver visitors at
the airport for about $6.
The house is 20 minutes by nearby tram to central Prague. You are wise to
avoid lodgings in downtown as it is noisy all night.
Contact him at: [email protected]
