I'm sure the smell would be a challenge for me.
The other thing I just thought of, is that the entrails they were
cleaning off the floor must go into sausages.

I'm sure the smell would be a challenge for me.

He didn't say he enjoyed it. He said he'd like to learn more. maybe knowing
how your steak is made would stop you liking it?

I sometimes have to drive past the slaughterhouse here in Linz, and the
smell stays with me for the rest of the day. Sort of clammy, sticky and
sweet. Shudder!
I am glad there are other people prepared to do that job.

smell stays with me for the rest of the day. Sort of clammy, sticky and

At least in Holland we would know, which type of animal it came from
and the cause of death.
