Are you expected to dress up to go to their parties? If so, what
happens if you don't?

As a general rule, I never use the telephone at all, except to talk to

I think not. I believe I recognize a pattern. Were you born under Leo,
by chance?

So why is it lucky to meet billionaires ... if you do not profit from
them?

Royals are brought up to be polite, and are brought up in aristocratic
circumstances. Unless they have really foul intrinsic personalities,
they are bound to be polite and good-mannered. It's their job.

I met a queen in a public loo near Picadilly Circus once. One of
those who look like tramps.

I can't really say that the one I met had impeccable manners...

Or a pint of Blair piss to meet with Bush alone...

I have seen no evidence of that.

I KNEW his avowed decision to stop posting here was much too good to be
true!

If the troll's claims WERE true, one wonders how his "royal" friends
would react to being made the butt of a travel newsgroup? (And of
course, ANYONE can claim ANYTHING on the internet - how many of us
actually CARE enough to do any checking up?)

You haven't been around for a while, Gregory - YOU don't happen to be
"Robert", do you?

I have e-mail addresses for a number of the celebrities I admire - I
seldom use them, and I CERTAINLY don't think they consider me a
privileged confidante, just because they were kind enough to provide
them!

Another newsgroup to which I post identifies such posts with "BW" (for
"beverage warning") meaning that if one wishes to avoid spraying liquid
everywhere, one should swallow before reading!

Note to Robert: It doesn't appear that Mxsmanic has ever heard of you -
how could you claim to be a friend of his? (As you did in one of your
other threads?)

Interesting observation! Does a "princess" cease to be such, when she
marries? (Assuming that the pretty ones marry and the ugly ones don't -
which given the nature of royal alliances, is frequently not the case.)

"Heir to the thrown"? Who did they throw, and where did they throw
him?
