Of course, including "cuts off penis" creates a much more interesting

Benito Fiore, who reviewed 320 British Italian restaurants, says only
20 were of a high standard, while 200 were poor.
Mr Fiore says there are very simple reasons why so many are failing.
"The restaurant is not owned by an Italian person. The second chef is
usually not Italian," he begins.
"The restaurant manager is not Italian and they don't use mainly
Italian produce and they don't serve Italian wines," he adds.
</snip>
10% of a high standard? My message to the Brits is "Why are you
putting up with the other 90%?????"

many many italian restos here are not italian at all except in name,
not surprised italians dont like them. You get spag bol and a few
other gestures, our local one is run by Canarians, prawn and banana is
good there.
I wouldnt claim food in UK is as good as Italy, however your view of
british is as accurate as you view on hiring a car in Italy.
