Hi,
I'm looking for a good website providing information about B&B hotels in
England and Scotland.

The local tourist boards are probably the best places to start when looking
for B&Bs.
For Scotland, there are links to all the Scottish tourist boards at
http://www.stirlingcity.org.uk/touri...l.html#tboards
Most will have printed "where to stay" brochures they will send you, and
some offer an email or telephone booking service for a small fee.

I use http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/
Not had a bad one yet. Must've used ten or so of those listed in the last 5
years. Covers B&B and hotels
http://www.almac.co.uk/personal/woodside/index.htm is a personal
recommendation if you want somewhere near Fort William
If you say what areas you are interested in they I may be able to give more
specific recommendations.

I've had great luck using A1 Tourism. Try this link:
http://cgi.www.a1tourism.com/
I have used them on at least three trips, with never a disppointing
accommodation. They have places throughout the UK, and they include all
price ranges.
