trulli near alberobello italy are quite interesting and picturesque

In fact so much useful and interesting stuff that someone could easilly
write an FAQ on London from it all :-)

Check out the London Walks www.walks.com I don't know what you think is
strange, but they have a lot of very different tours, from Christopher Wren
to Jack the Ripper to the Beatles, Pub walks, Dickens London, et. etc. The
guides are very entertaining (actor types) and you learn a lot)

The Torture Garden ? - But like Harrods you have to dress the part (or so
I've been told).
