Pay attention to the line on "Diarrhoeal diseases". One of those
increments is likely to be me, after the vegetable lasagne frm the
work cafeteria yesterday ...

We challenged a bill because "the expert" was accompanied by a dummy, who did
nothing and was charged at the same rate as the expert.
Irate wife: "Are we supposed to pay for your dummies?"
"It's normal".

We also refused to pay for 30 minutes of expert plus dummy, "because the experts
arrived in the wrong van and had to go back for the right one".

Life becomes more imposhible every day.
