You've posted some travel-related information, in addition to the posts about bombing
in WW II and such-like. It's up to you what to do, but I think that travel-related
information from you will be welcomed by all.
Best,
Michael

Nice non-commital, factual statement PB and plenty of wiggle room if someone calls

Mister Breathnach, you are under arrest for the most grievous of crimes: an
apparently vague statement posted to a Usenet forum. I hope you will go quietly with
the police so that the community can begin its healing process. Though honestly, I
don't know how we can ever recover. Rick, I think we all owe you a debt of gratitude
for going above and beyond the call of normalcy to call attention to this before it
became too late.

Phew! Looks you got there just in time. Wouldn't want the RTE Borg to have to operate
independently of each other. Close call. It's... It's... so... so... ironic, don't
you think?

1. People go happily about their lives, chatting from time to time in this forum. Few
of us know each other in any serious way (I think all of the people I know
personally are almost 100% lurkers), but we're used to each other's manner and
style. We poke and jibe, but basically have learned to get along.
2. New people show up all the time and participate happily. Some get bored (or get
the info they need) and leave; others stay.
3. Someone else shows up and starts launching weird, bitter attacks against various
people that have been contributing here for some time.
4. Other regulars take issue with this behavior because it's unpleasant and
disruptive.
I don't think this has the makings of the hivemind conspiracy that you're hoping for.
Occam's Razor will be your friend, if you only let it.

Weird, bitter attacks? Please... if one of your collective is questioned for first
his double standard and second for his method of debate about the same, one can
hardly define that as a "weird, bitter attack," at least to the normal objective
reader. However, your collective one-for-all-and-all-for-one mindeset seems to
overide common sense, throwing objectivity out the window.

Another RTE Borg observation, you take yourselves just a little too seriously, like a
herd gone mad and all members think they are the alpha leader.

Hoping for? Sheeesh!

Your postulations are a straight line that leads directly to a convenient, but
wrong, result.

What "collective"? Sheeesh, just what IS your problem? At first I thought it was just
an unrequited love for PB, but it apparently goes beyond that.

As if on cue, another of the Borg chimed in defensively, making their
antogonists point.
Barbara, where are you? We await your pontifications on this very serious matter.
I bet you Borg members email each other about this crap, don't you? Get a life.
