Default Hotels in Rome

Is anyone familiar with either the Best Western Villafranca or the Best
Western Spring Garden in Rome? Opinions, please.

Any other hotel suggestions in the $100 Euros range?

Many thanks,

Hotel Julia. Single 70 euros, double only little more. Nice buffet
breakfast, easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza
Navona, via Veneto. All between 5-15 minute walk. Metro and bus close.
Only 25 minute walk to Termini, Colosseum. Sat. tv with CNN and BBC.
