We are looking for family hotels in Barcelona, Florence, and Venice.
We will need a quad as we have two young children. We are looking at
the 100-150 Euro per night range. I have found several in guide books
that look promising, but wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

Why would you ever ruin your trip(and others) by taking two young rug rats
to such wonderful places?

You might want to have a look at www.timeout.com since they often list
apartment-type accomodatoins (with kitchen).
