Before going, you can write to the various tourist offices ans ask for a
list of B&B's which will give the tel phone number and usually prices and
facilities. I try to write to cities around where I want to be even
though I seldom stay in any big city. These lists will have surrounding
places as well.
I do try to make a reservation at a place within convenient driving
distance from the airport on the first night and last night.

For some reason, you really have to watch right turns. At least, I do.
I want to swing into the right lane in the worst way! Left turns don't
seem as problematical, for some reason. YMMV.
