Favorite Cities In Europe. Anyone?
I went to Vietnam in february and the trip went 100% as planned.
Smooth. I booked direct online at http://jdipietro.globaltravel.com and
got a really good deal on airfare. Although we didn't use a train we
did book a tour via bus from Saigon to Muine. Everything went exactly
as planned. I highly recommend this online travel agency. Next I'm
going to check out Tahiti. After that I want to visit Europe. Which
three cities would you recommend I visit in Europe?

Re: Favorite Cities In Europe. Anyone?
Hi,
I agree with hotrodangel on Edinburgh, a vastly underrated city which I
miss very much as I now live in Sydney, Australia. Packed with history,
culture (esp. at the Edinburgh festival time around August), fairly
small so you can see most of it quite easily and GREAT PUBS.
Also, I love Paris and found Lyon very pleasant, and they are quite
close. maybe a bit of Frenc overkill though..

Following up to Nathalie Chiva
>Venice
>Budapest
>Lisbon
>Barcelona
that's three?
OK my three favourites (from Spain Italy UK only)
St Sebastian
Venice
Cordoba
---
Bologna
Siena
Grenada
Santiago de Compostella
London
Bath
York
Why do so many people choose Barcelona? Mostly a big grid plan
medium rise city with a sometimes tatty old quarter and a few
Gaudi buildings. I like it, but its not even in my top three for
Spain, let alone Europe.

Oh, he probably is. He's posted Joseph Di Pietro's affiliate link to the
Global Travel site. Both 'he' and Joe have e-mail addresses at msn.com.
The case for the prosecution rests, m'lud.
