A recent analysis of the votes over several years show that Britain is the
most likely to actually vote on the merit of the song. Probably Terry
Wogan's influence, as the others seem to take the contest seriously.

If the EU constitution is approved voting will be the same. It's sad
that UK has no land borders :-)
