Hey everyone,
I heard all drugs are legal in Spain - this can't be true... can it?
I'm mainly interested in cannabis laws.

No, it is not. That is ridiculous.

Spain did have lax pot laws once upon a time, but not any more. Hash is
available, cheap, and somewhat tolerated. Being a tourist though, I would be
very careful if I were you.

Well, if I was going to grow some cannabis (and I'm not, because it's
illegal) then it would be too risky to try to bring it through an
airport. I was just wondering about the law in Spain, and I. Wilson
Gittleman, M.D, I'm still wondering what you were implying with your
comment.

At the risk of generalising too wildly, police unofficial (and sometimes
official) attitudes toward small-scale possession and consumption are
fairly relaxed in western Europe, even where it is technically illegal.
However, growing, importing and dealing are taken much more seriously.
