Arthur Hornig

A frend and I shall be going to Stockholm for several days in early August
to attend a performance of the baroque opera, Zoroastre. Has anyone been to
this theater? My question is, is it worth it to get the highest priced
tickets?

Also, we have reservations at STF Friedemsplan. Any comments on this hostel
or recommendations for another choice? We are on a strict budget.

At least one visit every summer.
And it's worth every krona as it's a wonderful experience.
As for tickets it's absolutely not necessary to get the highest priced
tickets.
In my opinion the medium priced in the mid is a very good option.
And wherever you're seated you've the same experience of the theater and the
surrounding atmosphere.
An idea is to visit the guided tours to see the theater but try to go a day
when there's no performance as the tours are extended to the machinery.

I stayed at STF Friedemspan in July 2004, its a nice hostel. and the
beds are normal beds not bunk beds...

If you are a member of a Youth Hostel Association you get a discount...
