Perhaps your heavily cross posted article should have included the
uk.aviation.piloting newsgroup rather than rec.aviation.piloting.

I was hoping to get a response from the wider European aviation
community, and I couldn't find an EU group. Apologies if r.a.piloting
is for the US community, but it's not obvious from the name (at least
to non-US people).

Why don't you contact a local air charter company and ask for a quote?
Your requirements sound quite specific so they should be able to give
you a definate answer. Starting from £500 (Euro800) per passenger
should be about right.
