Default Condor airlines

Hi Travellers

Has anyone in the UK booked a flight with this airline? www.condor.com
When I try to make payment, it doesn't list UK, England ,Great Britain etc
in the accepted countries, although the list of countries is very long. I
notice on the home page you can choose: English (Europe) and English
(USA/Canada) so am wondering if UK residents are allowed to book.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

The country selection you want is Grossbritannien (Great Britain in
German).

Thanks very much for the tip - It worked fine!

I just made one other error on this booking since this is the first time
I've used a European website instead of UK.
I put my name in as Mike Azzopardi and in the booking it came up as A. Mike
(as I got the form fields backwards - DOH!)
Will this be a problem at check in?

Thanks
Mike

Call immediately it has often been a huge problem for airlines (they
don't like to think backwards!)

It happens to me fairly often because my forename (Barnaby) is an uncommon
one which some people take to be a surname, while my surname can also
(albeit rarely) be a forename. It's never caused a problem once I explain
the issue /but/ I don't think you can go wrong following Joseph's advice.

Your example (and most likely Mike's) are examples where the airline
will likely put a note in the record but they can be very picky about
spelling and other "obvious" errors, the most common mistakes in
ticketing that the airlines a long time ago perfected into cash cows.
