That looks like their cheap end stuff. Somewhat like

More in the US at rack rate but still way less at a discounter. All's
well with the world after all. Less in the US even if you knock off the
VAT from the UK price.

Changing direction a bit, have you ever had to give
a description of your luggage when it has gone astray?
Surprising it is sometimes hard to give a complete
description even with the help of the diagrams the
baggage people show you.
