I'm having trouble finding a web site that will quote you one-way or return
tickets on RER. Can anyone tell me where to find a ticket pricing site? I
keep seeing that CDG-Paris is about 7 or 8?. Is there an exact price for
CDG-Gare du Nord one-way? What about round trip price, if it exists, for
about 10 days apart?
I'd also be interested in the web site for possible day trips but at this
time I don't know which destinations. Also, this site: http://www.ratp.fr/
seems to allow you to search destinations and times but I don't see pricing
for one way or round trip tickets. Also, it is very bad at not suggesting
why you can't get schedules: Certain elements need to be specified! Thanks.

I haven't found a Web site that gives prices, but it's a couple of euro
for a one-way ticket to the airports.
Given the overall cost of a trip to Paris, I don't think that worrying
about the price of the Métro ticket to the airport is warranted. You'll
spend more on your first sandwich and coffee.

A round-trip ticket is simply two one-way tickets. There's no discount
or increase based on the time between the two trips (both tickets remain
valid indefinitely).

Schedules are approximate on the Métro and RER, except for start and
stop times. The trains are closely spaced (a few minutes apart,
sometimes only 90 seconds apart during rush hour) and rarely respect an
exact schedule, although they can come pretty close.

It is in the range of 7-8 one way per person. The machines will only
work for euro coins. The credit card symbols are lies. I am told that
you can buy tickets from the window in the Thalys station. If you have
luggage that you don't want to manage on the escalator there is an
elevator to the platform in the Thalys area. I had to find it from the
platform but when I knew where it was there were some signs.

The web site is frustrating. Sloppy work.

Sorry, I can't remember the exact price but CGD to the Paris cental
zone - which includes Gare du Nore - was about 7.60 last month. There
are ticket machines that take credit cards at CDG.
The RER stations are not in the terminals at CDG. you have to catch a
shuttle bus that runs about every 10 mins.

Last spring none of the passengers could get the machines to accept
credit cards. This included europeans as well as americans. Do not
expect to use a credit card after waiting in line for a machine.
