Car rental in Cardiff, Wales
I've been searching a few car rental sites, and I have only seen the rental
agencies at the Cardiff airport. Are there any agencies downtown that I
could go to (I am arriving by train), or will I have to take a cab to the
airport?

Europcar seem to have city centre and airport (europcar.com)
