How much might the 100 km cab from central Stockholm to Nyköping Skavsta be?
Is it going to be difficult to find one at 5:00 in the morning?

No problem as most drivers would consider it's as a good trip.
And those driving for the big companies are obliged to drive any reasonable
distance.
Reason: it's expensive. The advertised price for running to the meter
(Taxi Stockholm) at that time is 42SEK+ either 299SEK/hour or 9:20SEK/km
(hour charge is AFAIK below 37,5km/h)
Skavsta airport estimates the taxi price from down-town Stockholm to 1280SEK
Possibly you can negotiate a special price with the drivers , especially
those driving independently bit I'm not so sure you'll get a better price as
the taxi is likely to return empty.
Alternatively there're airport buses running in connection to all
departures, single trip is 135SEK and 80min (slightly less time for a cab)
