Budget airlines aplenty to Prague & Budapest from a lot of places in Western
Europe.
No budget airlines at all to the Ukraine and/or Moldova from anywhere in
Western Europe.
There is a direct non-stop train from Budapest-Keleti to Kiev-Pass which
takes 24 hours.
There is also a direct train from Kiev-Pass to Chisinau which takes about 14
hours.
