city limits.
Also, don't forget the 3 admitted cases of torture by crooked cops, where

The police have admitted to 38 corpses so far last year, with a significant
increase from the previous year. Mind you, if the corpse is found outside city
limits, such as the dozens of "sex trade workers" killed by a local serial
murderer, found in nearby fields, they do NOT include these in their stats.
Population is still around half million for the city of Deadmonton.
Looks like the city of Deadmonton will surpass even last year's horrendous
murder record, with a serious increase already so far this year.
Mind you, the useless cops seem to be assisting the acceleration of murders by
their inability or unwillingness to attend murder scenes!
