We're looking to spend a week in a Paris apartment in November. One of
several sites I'm looking over is studio.provaction.com. Their prices
look very good, but doing a deja search on this newsqgroup reveals no
mention of it, which is pretty unusual. Has anyone had experience
good/bad/other with these folks? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any experience with Paris Hideaways (studio.provaction.com).
Some of the apartments look very nice and are well-located, but after
looking at the details on several of them, I noticed that the weekly rate is
for 6 nights, not the usual 7 nights. Be sure you're comparing "apples to
apples" when choosing a rental. One thing I do like about these is that you
can pay with a credit card through PayPal. Should things turn out badly
with a rental, having paid with a credit card at least gives you the
opportunity to challenge charges through your credit card company.
