I've just booked a Spanish hotel through atrapalo.com but the confirmation
emails seem a bit dodgy. Does anyone have experience of this booking agency?
Are they trustworthy? Do the vouchers they claim will be available at the
hotel actually turn up?

Atrapalo is ok, the voucher system (called Bancotel) works fine. Their prices (for hotels in Spain) are very good, just remember that the 7% VAT is not included.
