Every tour company, at all price levels (mostly moderate) have tours to
Egypt.
'
No offense, but do your ' homework' and contact Saga, Trafalgar, Grand
Circle, and tens of others.
Buy a guide book both for its information and price guides.
I have been there three times; the information you ask for can be got in
the suggestions I made, but if you want more specific information beyond
the above recommendations, post your questions, or e-mail me.

Ditto. By far the cheapest way is to get a package to your preferred base,
then do your own thing outside of the reps' tours.
I'll also be happy to answer any specifics re the Sinai & Nile (Cairo-Abu
Simbel). I don't yet know the western oases, which have to be worth a visit.
