Have a look at www.metoffice.com as from today they are doing a 5 day forecast for the ash.

Check the state of planes as well as the ash cloud.
Click on LAYERS on the top right and then select VOLCANIC ASH LAYER

Also if you click on any plane it will give details of its flight.

Had to rebook my flight out today - it got cancelled - hoping all will be well by Wednesday.

We have relatives here waiting to go back today - one lot to dublin and more to Stansted - it's looking OK for them but I think with this weather they are crossing their fingers they DO get stuck here :-)
