Hey all,

I'm a 23 year old single male, who moved to Faro, Algarve in November 2007, and have been here actively seeking work ever since. But to no avail...

I currently have 5+ years commercial experience in IT Technical support, including Visual Basic, HTML, Oracle, Access, ASP Programming and I can touch-type at 65 words per minute, with 99% acuracy. I am looking for work, I dont mind what kind of work it is, from data entry, to replacing fuses in plugs just any work lol

As well as this, I have a CSCS Electrotechnical safety certificate, IPAF Powered Access Licence and Scaffolding Licence as well as several Remarc customer care certificates (I've been busy in my spare time ) . The only drawback, I speak little Portuguese, although I am learning the language very quickly.

Does anybody know of any company that is recruiting, or looking for employees. I will accept both full and part time positions in and around the Faro area. I have my Fiscal, Residency and Social Security, and I have looked through all job centres and agencies I can find

Portugal is a very tough market for fluent Port. speakers, never mind non-speakers. Hope you find something soon mate
