I have been very happy with my new accountant and she goes out of her way to help me and she gets personally involved in a friendly way. Her charges for tax and NHR is very much lower than most.

Could you PM your accountants details as I am at the exploratory stage for NHR. Thank you.

That is correct. The doc "Certificate of UK Fiscal Residency" is a public doc issued to show where you are a registered tax payer and can be Apostilled.

I had to get the same doc here in PT to send to South African IRS to prove that I am tax resident here now. That allowed me to close my tax books in SA.

Taxation such as docs showing how much tax you paid in another country cannot be Apostilled as it is a personal doc.

It cannot even be translated as mine only shows figures and 3 words--Cost, Proceeds and Gain.
