The new Tapas bar is next to Young cafeteria which is on your right hand side if you cross military bridge from Madhatters side you will come to the ice cream stall it is almost opposite that a little to the right. I don't know where the other one is ,I've never heard of it. There is Tempero Caseiro opposite Tavira lounge neither of them are Tapas. There was a restaurant opposite bus station that may have reopened as a Tapas

Speaking to the owner of the one in town and it is opening the end of the Month.
