If you can't deal with their website, you can always ask at any financas office.
All you need is your fiscal number and they can tell you if there are any outstanding bills, as well as when the next ones are scheduled to be issued.

A bit bothersome for sure...

Thank you for your message. I have been to the finances and made a start.All our bills are up to date but now IRS are involved so we have a accountant to help sort it out. Not for the faint hearted finances office in April.
