Property Management Tavira
Our company will not be renewing our contract to look after our condominium later this year. There are 36 apartments. Can anyone advise us of a good company in the Tavira area please?

Hi
Our apartment block on Pegada use Cabanasguest. Not the least expensive but have been very good over the last 10 years and Luis who runs it is very approachable and helpful with any issues.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to find a website for Luis with no luck. Do you by any chance have an address or telephone number that I can have? We are going over there shortly and it would be useful for me to contact him. Our current manager and their contract ends in November and we would like to explore as many different options as possible . We think our current manager has been good but he has in our opinion taken on too many condominiums and has overstretched himself. However he has decided to reduce his workload I think because we have one or two owners who put quite a lot of pressure on him regarding standards . We have a swimming pool so it is important that we have someone who is used to dealing with pools although we have just had it redone and we are about to have painting of our block so the new manager will merely be dealing with day-to-day running and maintenance of the condominium . We don't plan any further major works for the time being .

Cabansgest are our current condo management company but have just told us that, as the owners are retiring in December, the company will close and we have to look for a new manager
