Spanish sidra?
Has anyone found anywhere in Portugal that sells Basque style cider?

Re: Spanish sidra?
Lidl sell Spanish cider (I think) - I've seen Asturian cider for sale and Portugal makes its own. How like, or unlike, any of those may be from what you want, I don't know.
As I lived close to Cheddar for a few years, my taste in cider is possibly different to those who now drink it chilled or over ice! Although I now drink Aspall's occasionally when back in Suffolk.
Good luck in your search.

Bulmers cider used to give me horrendous headaches. I have found Magners the Irish cider to be more to my taste.here . Agree try Lidl

For those who have tried the real thing, both of these are pale imitations...... but I won many's the free drink at uni when challenged by beer drinkers who were convinced they could drink as much cider as beer

Although, of course, Ireland is not blessed with a glut of apple orchards and so most of the apples are imported (as must) - and mainly from Bulmers!
So they are essentially the same.
