I am having trouble getting an appointment in Tavira. My Dr is excellent but now he only works one day a week!!!! Can I make a booking on th S.N.S website?

I was talking to the SNS Help Desk yesterday and was told that the only way to make an appointment with your doctor is online at the SNS website or by phoning the SNS Help Desk. This was confirmed at the Centro do Saude in Olhão.
