If you are talking about the British channels, most are on Astra 28 degrees. Some are free to air via Freesat.
You will probably need some kind of positioning meter to do it yourself or a lot of fiddling around.
Any aerial company will do it for you. Depending where you are you will need a 120 cm dish at least; much bigger than in UK and when the weather is bad you may still lose your signal occasionally.

You will not get Freeview outside the UK. Freeview is the UK ONLY digital TV service via TV aerials, transmitted form the land based masts in the UK like Emly Moor and Crystal Palace. The nearest to Spain and Portugal is in Penzanze and does not have the siganl to transmit to your area!
You can get the "free to air" (FTA) channels - like BBC - via satellite for free with no viewing card. YOu can use a sky box, a freesat box, (just about all) free to air receivers, or (just about) any other digital satellite receiver.
(But only the Sky and Freesat will allow you access to the full 7 day progrsamme guide and programme information..the others may only restrict you to "now and next" information.)
You can get the "free to view" (FTV) channels like Fiver and Five USA - via satellite, a sky box, and a freesatfromsky card - a one off payment only (you will still get all the free to air channels also!
Then the next stage is a Sky subscriptin, which will get you the free to air, free to view and subscription channels.
UK TV channels available on a Sky box, or a Freesat box or generic boxes all come from the same cluster of 4 satellites located at 28.2 to 28.5 degrees east of south - (this is the satellite location from the greenwich meridian - it will be different on the compass due to your location)
You can use "dishpointer.com" to get an idea of where to point the dish.
