Anyone know it there is an equivalent to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors here in Portugal:blink:?

I think you will find the RICS is international
go to http://www.ricsfirms.com/ and do a search based on Portugal and you will find 125 firms listed some of which are regulated and you can do alternate searches for this as well hope this helps rgds |

Just curious, but why do you seek RICS locally ? My feelings are, that unless they have been here for some time, they would not appreciate the idiosyncrasies of the construction industry. Just make sure they have been locally based for a while, then no problem. BA
