Default rates for villa rentals

Hi again,

We have just remodernised our villa and will be looking to rent it out later this year or next year, there are a whole host of rental agent companies out there but can anyone tell me what their rates are please? I heard its based on a percentage of the bookings, I would like to have a rough idea first before I tackle the long list of companies by phone. Your help is much appreciated..

Thanks
