As of 15.07.11 to 31.08.11 The Portugues Legal System is on Holiday
There are One Million Six Hundered Thousand cases under process.
1149 are Debt Claims & are for over One Million €'s each
All the Debt Claims = 6.2 Billion €'s = 3.6% of Portugals GNP
They state that a skeleton staff are still at work on the "Urgent Cases" What!
Certain Posters on this & other Exp Sites seem to go to a lot of trouble in informing us that we must get this & that so we don't have a problem with the Authorities!
When the system works then I think we should worry about there advice.

It get's better
Yesterday in Torres Verdas the GNR caught a Female Ex Public Worker who has 3 Arrest Warrants out on her & is suspected of over 300 other crimes (filling up & not paying) is in the majority.
Took her back to the Police Station ,then had to let her GO
Why ?
The Legal System is on Holiday therefore there's nobody who can process the case.
