Hello
We recently had a very bad experience with PT, when our internet went down for 12 days and the service that we received from them was just terrible.
We’ve decided to switch providers and I was wondering if anyone had done a recent cost comparison on providers to see which offered the best deal on Internet access and phone service, ideally with low cost or even free international calls to certain countries?
World Telecom seems to offer a very good service, but we didn’t really want to sign up to a 24 month contract.
Thanks very much,

It is all very well switching providers but unless you are going for mobile service you are stuck with same backbone. World Telecom only resell. What happens when it goes wrong? Still down to PT.

But to give them their due World Telecom are always very helpful which you can't say about PT who even, sometimes, ring up after I've gone to bed!
