Woken by a call on my mobile this morning at 6.30 am from a Portuguese mobile number by a person speaking english advising me my "National Identity Card" had been compromised and associated with money-laundering operation so the police have issued a warrant for my arrest. I hung up before the person continued but just dropping a general warning here about such activity.
Also reported the number on Spamcalls.net

This happens often in Portugal. Just hang up every time.

i have had that one i told them my battery is low so can they ring back on my land line and then i give them the number of my local GNR.
