HI Guys,

We get thousands of midges around the entrance to our block in the algarve.(normally may and september).You cannot see the white walls there so many of them.Does anyone else have the same problem,and did you find a remedy.

We are extremly close to the sea,so i dont know if this has anything to do with it?Also theres a security light,could this attract them?

Where exactly are you, there can be a problem in the Salagados area with mossies because of the laggoon wich is a mixture of fresh and sea water.

You can buy lightbulbs which repel insects.

There is a tiny black fly that appears in early summer but is harmless.
