Early yesterday morning, I arose to discover that we had lost our internet connection during a night of strong winds. I telephoned MEO straight away to report that the fibre optic cable near our house had broken and was lying on the road. MEO promised me that an engineer would come along the next morning and fix the problem. We realised yesterday how much we missed an internet connection; I couldn't even boil the kettle let alone watch the news on TV! Anyway, we were pleasantly surprised when the engineer arrived that same afternoon and repaired the internet connection, and life got back to normal for this highly internet dependent pair of retirees. Well done MEO.

everytime we have moved we have found MEO to be 'on it' super quick service every time, apart from the dubious addition of MEO CARE, which I never asked for and fully intend to contest the next time I need to visit the local store, but apart from that I am with you there Bill.................. MEO have been one of the few (as in rare) instances of excellent customer care we have experienced here in PT

I have to agree about great MEO service. When we lost our Internet we contacted MEO and they remotely interrogated the cabinets at the end of the road and identified which cabinet had the fault and the individual board the fault was on. They sent out an engineer with a replacement board and we were up and running within eight hours and this was on a Saturday.
