Long Term rentals in albuferia
Looking for a 3 bedroom villa with pool looking to pay at least 550 euros
a month in the oura area of albuferia, looking for a least a year rental,
any help would be really appreciated.

I have a beautiful 4 bedroom villa for rental just outside Albuferia and am looking for someone to rent out the house short term over winter. I am open to negotiate a price, I need enough to cover outgoings. can anyone help

3 bed available in Albufeira ,would consider 18 month let --but only 18months (SNIP)

I thought it would be ok to respond to a request .
Could there be a sub forum ,where owners could offer winter rental?
Lots of owners would like to have someone in the house over the "slow " months and there are lots of people who would like to avail of this .?
Most owners are very reasonable with their prices and it benefits both parties .

Oura is just about seashore, and if you find a villa for 550 euros a month just take it no questions asked, its a real bargain, average prices for villas in albufeira outskirts is over 750...
