Local Accommodation Licence.
Do people bother with getting a local accomadation licence when they rent out there apartments.Are the the portuguese actully checking to see if anybody has them,

Yes you apply for rental licence with the camara, might be better to use a advogado to dot all the i´s, unfortunately this will mean a loss of profit due to a higher tax but it depends wether you are prepared to take a risk or not?
